Naturally brewed and spontaneously fermented, Pickel'd Ginger is a revival of Grandma's ginger beer, only this time, intentionally alcoholic. Made using real, partially hand-sliced ginger, whole cinnamon, and organic raw cane sugar,  Pickel'd Ginger leaves the funny business at the door.

PROVENANCE

A short tale about the origin of Ginger Beer

Ginger Beer began as alcoholic, now it is making a comeback. Originating from the distant lands of Yorkshire, England, sometime during the 1700s; ginger, sugar and water were introduced to each other. Left to boogie until fizzing and spirituous, this timeless combination was then strained off, with a portion kept for the next brew.

Our ginger beer is made with respect to the old ways, putting a flair on a recipe that has been enjoyed for centuries.
