Linda and George started off knowing how to make really good ginger beer, and decided to introduce it to the world (Blenheim, NZ).
They approached the only person they knew who had a brewhouse, and gained permission to put their equipment to the test.
Turns out, there's plenty to learn about having a drinks business.
What they've always known is quality flavour using real natural ingredients.
Now they're catching up on the drinks business stuff and things are getting wild.
Provenance has arrived, and so have drinks without the funny business.
